We are a boutique advisory firm offering practical advice and support from an adviser with many years experience practicing as an an Employment solicitor in Mayfair. Our aim is to bridge the gap between a standard HR advisory service, and the expense of engaging a law firm. We provide policy and contract drafting and everyday advice, but having a legal background means that we are particularly well-placed to guide businesses through times of change, difficult conversations, restructures, exits, and disciplinary and grievance procedures.  The level of support can be tailored to your needs, whether we are the sole advisor or working alongside an existing HR department to provide additional guidance and support.
